REFUNDS:Requests for refunds must be submitted no later than April 12, 2019.Please note that no refunds will be provided after April 12, however, substitutions will be allowed.
IMAGE RELEASE:BUILD Initiative uses images of conference events in its promotional materials. By registering for and attending the conference, conference attendees agree to the use of their likeness in such materials. The credit card processing through PayPal is currently unavailable. Please mark your registration as Pay by Check and your submission will go through. If you would like to pay by credit card, please email Dara Piltz (email@example.com) and a credit card payment can be made over the phone. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working to get this resolved.
We strongly prefer payment by credit card. If you need to pay via check, please print your confirmation form and mail it along with your check. Checks must be received no later than 30 days following registration. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if this is not possible.
